The ghost of Toshio's mother Kayoko continues to curse innocent victims. A relative to Kayoko and his younger sister visit the house where both Kayoko and Toshio's teacher Kobayashi were killed, and where the Murakami family went missing. The young girl soon goes crazy, and shortly after that her parents become the next victims of Kayoko's ghost. As the cycle continues, the characteristics of the evil curse come to light....
